Aerospace
- Assembly jigs, drill and check fixtures
- Access platforms and work stations
- Machined aluminium brackets, frames and housings
- Transportation and handling tools
Lanaforge makes precision-machined components, tooling, jigs and fixtures, ground support equipment and fabricated structures for aerospace, defence and space programmes. Everything is made under an AS9100D quality management system, from our two Bengaluru plants.
Aerospace and defence are our core business. The same process control and documentation carries over to space hardware support and to demanding industrial and automotive work.
Cutting, forming, welding, machining and assembly all happen in-house, under one quality system. Surface finishing is managed through approved sources. You deal with one supplier, one point of contact and one record trail.
Manufacturing jigs and fixtures, transportation and ground support tools, and custom platform stations. Built to your datum scheme and verified before dispatch.
High-tolerance components from aluminium, steels and engineering plastics on four US Wheeler vertical machining centres, up to 1100 mm of X travel.
Fibre-laser cutting, CNC bending and certified welding for enclosures, cabinets, frames and heavy structures in MS, SS and aluminium.
Lifecycle management with integrated execution: engineering support, manufacture, surface finishing, final assembly, inspection, packing and delivery to site.
Rated envelopes for each machine, so your engineers can judge fit before sending an RFQ. Figures are machine ratings; achievable tolerances depend on material, geometry and process route.

Enter your part’s envelope and material. The check compares it with our rated machine capacity and tells you which process route it would go to. Our engineers confirm every RFQ against the drawing.
Indicative only. Rated capacity is not a guarantee of tolerance. Parts outside the standard envelope can often be sectioned, fabricated or handled through qualified partners.
Send this RFQAS9100D adds aerospace requirements to ISO 9001:2015: product safety, configuration management, counterfeit-part prevention, first article inspection and on-time delivery. It governs every job we run, not just the ones that ask for it.
Quality management system for aviation, space and defence organisations. It includes all ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Certificate copy and scope statement available on request with any supplier qualification pack.
Full or partial FAIR on new parts, revision changes and process changes: design characteristic accountability, raw material and special-process verification.
Heat and lot numbers carried from mill certificate to part, laser-etched or tagged. Work orders and travellers link every operation, operator and gauge.
Qualified WPS/PQR, qualified welders and controlled consumables. Outsourced finishing and NDT only through approved, monitored sources.
Zoned shop floor, tool shadow boards, FOD walks every shift, and closed-cavity and packing checks before any part leaves the cell.
All gauges and instruments are on a recall schedule, traceable to national standards, with status labelling and out-of-tolerance impact assessment.
Programme-to-drawing checks, keyed fixtures, set-up sign-offs and SQDCP boards at every cell, so errors are caught at the source.
Every order follows the same controlled route. You get a named contact and status updates at each gate.
Drawings, 3D models, quantities and specs received and logged.
Contract review, feasibility and manufacturability feedback within 48 hours.
Price, lead time, inspection plan and documentation list.
Process route, traveller, material procurement with certificates.
Controlled manufacture with in-process inspection and FOD checks.
Final inspection, FAI where needed, record pack assembled.
Protective packing, CoC, dispatch and feedback loop.
A cross-section of recent work from both plants. Customer-identifying details are withheld; more references can be shared under NDA.
What customers can expect from us on every order, from the first quote to repeat production.
Engineers and craftsmen who read GD&T, challenge a drawing when it helps, and improve continuously through Kaizen.
Laser, bending, welding, machining and assembly under one roof and one QMS. Fewer hand-offs and fewer surprises.
Inspection is built into the route, not bolted on at the end. Records are ready before the part ships.
Certified material from approved mills and stockists. Special processes only from approved, monitored sources.
Capacity planned against confirmed dates, with early warning if anything puts a date at risk.
One named contact, clear escalation, and 8D problem-solving if something goes wrong.
Both plants sit on the Magadi Road corridor, close to Bengaluru’s aerospace and defence cluster and about 40 minutes from the city centre.
